Why do you hate K-Rod so much? He's only blown three saves - and of those, one was Castillo's fault and another the Mets ended up winning and he "closed" it out the next inning unofficially. So really he's only cost the Mets one game this year. If anything, he's the most deserving Met in there as Beltran has missed time, Wright has been K'ing a TON, and Johan's had a few bad starts laced with bad luck.

Anyway the NL rosters are pretty stupid in terms of the bench. 3 1B on the bench? Everyone seems to be calling for Pujols to play the whole game (or at least more than half) in St. Louis, so that means the other guys will just be used as pinch hitters. Howard really shouldn't be there at the expense of some of the guys left off...but Charlie Manuel prolly did it as a favor.
