Foley, in WWE, was a repeated flash in the pan. He put asses in seats in WWE, but so did Big Poppa Pump, Brock Lesnar, and Goldberg.
With all due respect to what Foley did for the industry outside of WWE, it's a damn shame that Rude, Piper, Henning, and DiBaise never held the WWE title like Foley did.
