No Im not. He repeated that it felt good doing it and hasnt backed off that, but he never said he did it to hit an out opponent, he SAID in the press conference and the an interview in the locker room that he followed him down as a reaction... look at the speed from which he hit him to when he jumped on him, not much analyzing time there.
