Jack Swagger has bags of potential, I don't think I've seen him have a bad match yet, I just don't see how a guy with a lisp could be anything but a heel though, without becoming a dumb-shit gimmick.
I'm glad someone could see the comparison I was drawing. I think Swagger could eventually become a face when he is a lot more established. I'm thinking of how Mark Henry has become a face by simply turning his heel character on the bad guys. In fact, those kind of turns tend to do really well. Batista had something similar going for him.

Swagger can turn face by just getting into a program with a heel that is more hated than he is, in which Swagger totally schools him. I do think that Jack's biggest successes will come as a heel, though. Well, his more natural successes, anyway.
