I wouldn't call it dominant.
Was it a quick fight? Yes, but Tanner was knocked out because he landed on his head from the take down, and I am pretty sure that Tito wasn't intending on that when he went for the move.
When I think of a dominant performance I think of things like what Lesnar just did to Mir, or Belfort vs. Marvin Eastman.
