1: Currently, Raw or Smackdown?
Raw. It's always Raw because that's the only show I tend to watch every week.

2: If you were Vince McMahon, would The Great Khali be employed?
Yes, if I were Vince McMahon he would. If I was me, autonimously running the WWE, the answer would be a "probably no". From an in-ring perspective, "hell no". From a "freakshow attraction" and "international publicity" perspective, maybe. But only played in small doses, like Andre once was.

3: WWE or TNA?
WWE

4: Elimination Chamber or Hell in a Cell?
Hell in a Cell has a better track record of quality matches, but will probably never top Michaels vs Taker for match quality, or Mankind vs Taker for spectacle. Maybe it's time they retired the Cell.

5: Gangrel or Viscera?
Gangrel

6: Do you prefer Kane with or without a mask?
I think his gimmick is tired, he was much more valuable in the mask, but mainly because he was fresh at the time. It was all to do with timing and presentation and nothing to do with the fact he wore a mask. I don't honestly believe the mask makes him any more or less valuable anymore.

7: RKO or Diamond Cutter?
Diamond Cutter. More inventive set ups. RKO probably looks a bit better, but Page could hit that Diamond Cutter from any-fuckin'-where.

8: Evan Bourne's SSP or Billy Kidman's?
Hmmm... Kidman.

9: Better WWE year - 1997 or 2000?
2000 had much better wrestling and a much better top-to-bottom roster than 1997. It also had some great stories. 1997 was great on the storyline front, maybe even slightly better overall, but didn't have the in-ring to seal the deal.

10: Better theme music - Christian's 1st Waterproof Blonde theme or
X-Factor's first theme?
I got everything I ever wanted and I ain't gonna take that back! I know you hate that fact but you ain't gotta look at me like that! Actually Uncle Kracker wasn't X-Factor's first theme, it was some generic guitar riff. Even so, that Uncle Kracker track was fucking abysmal. Christian.

11: Which DX was better overall, HBK/HHH/Chyna or HHH/NAO/X-Pac/Chyna? Tough one. Two very different factions sharing the same name. I loved both. Which was more important? More groundbreaking? More direction-shifting? Probably the HBK/HHH/Chyna/Rick Rude version. Which was the more long term entertaining? Possibly the HHH led version.

12: Better weapon - Steel Chair or Title Belt?
Steel chair. The belt should not be used as a weapon, it should be a treasured possession.

13: Do you like The Miz? Yes/No/Don't Care.
He's far too good a heel for my liking ie. I get the feeling he genuinely is that obnoxious even in real life. Still, I guess that does the trick. At the moment, I guess I'm in the "Don't Care... but keeping my eye on him" camp.

14: Raven or CM Punk?
Thus far, Raven. Think Punk may surpass him eventually in my eyes.

15: Owen Hart or Shelton Benjamin?
Owen Hart. Even if just for his commentary at King of the Ring 1996 alone.

16: The Rock or Bret Hart?
Do you choose showmanship or wrestling? Rock wasn't bad in the ring and had some stormers actually but Bret was clearly the better wrestler to me. Rock was clearly the better mic man. Bret had the longevity so I'm going with Bret.

17: Stone Cold Steve Austin or Hulk Hogan?
Tough one again. I think I had more fun watching Austin, but would I have ever gotten to watch Austin were it not for Hulk Hogan? My preference is Steve Austin, but not to discount the impact or the talents of Hogan.

18: Samoa Joe or AJ Styles?
AJ Styles

19: Ankle Lock or Sharpshooter?
Sharpshooter

20: Better Match - Angle/Benoit Rumble '03 or HBK/Flair WMXIV?
HBK - Flair. Technically the inferior match, but a perfect example of why wrestling works. Storytelling, emotion, psychology, charisma and yes there was some good wrestling onvolved too. I had friends who don't watch wrestling who were on the edge of their seats watching this one live. Benoit/Angle was appreciated mostly by wrestling fans. HBK/Flair created wrestling fans.

21: Vader or Rikishi?
Vader was the better wrestler. Rikishi was very entertaining with Too Cool but that only lasted a year. Vader.

22: Edge or Chris Jericho?
Chris Jericho. I've only gotten into Edge in the last couple of years. Up until around 2004 I just never saw much in him (bar his goofy heel team with Christian circa 2000)

23: Better Moment - DX invading WCW, or Austin with his beer truck soaking
the corporation?
DX invading WCW. It was ballsy and shocking at the time. Austin/beer truck was a great moment among many great Austin moments at the time. DX vs WCW was unbelievable.

24: What's more prestigious overall - IC Title, or the U.S Title?
To me, it's the Intercontinental title and perception is fact. Everything from Randy Savage's first reign through to... hmmm... The Rock in 1998. Just realised as a complete coincidence that pretty much covers the period of the 'classic' belt design as held by Bret Hart, Mr Perfect, Razor Ramon, Rick Rude. During that period, the belt was the "wrestler's belt" whilst the likes of Hogan, Warrior and Yokozuna stunk up the main events.

25: Better PPV - Survivor Series 2002 (1st elimination chamber) or Unforgiven 1999 (Six-Pack Challenge)
Survivor Series 2002.

26: Best ever ring-attire?
Mr Perfect yellow singlet, blue triangle.

27: When you think of the Hardcore Title, who springs to mind first?
Road Dogg. Not because he was the best, just that was genuinely the first guy who sprung to my mind. He was one of the early title holders when the belt actually meant some pretty good hard hitting brawling rather than flimsy weapons-laden garbage wrestling.

28: Favourite McMahon?
Vince. Love him or hate him, he's the legend. Shane in 2nd place.

29: NWO or DX?
nWo in it's earliest days. If you want to look at the groups as a whole, I suppose it would have to be DX because nWo became far too convoluted and weak by the end.

30: Best theme-music ever?
Disturbed - Glass Shatters (Stone Cold Steve Austin). Tomorrow or yesterday I may have picked a different one. Today that is my answer.

31: Best Wrestlemania?
WrestleMania X-Seven, with XIX and XXIV close behind, and IV and VIII right up there for sentimental reasons. Same as above: today that is my answer. Could be different tomorrow.

32: Best WWF/E year?
Probably 2000, with 1992 and 1998 close behind.

33: Best finisher?
Stone Cold Stunner

34: Best diva?
Aesthetically, right now I'm fond of Maryse. All time, it would have to be Trish Stratus or the original Diva, Sunny.

35: Overall best wrestling promotion ever?
WWE/F. Without a doubt in my mind. For all of Vince's faults, if you look at the longterm overall picture no promotor has put on consistantly better shows (containing all the elements: wrestling, showbiz, emotion), built more stars, been more resiliant, been more astute or built a global brand better than Vince McMahon. You can say that WWE is not the place to go for the best in-ring action: probably true, but even then I'd still say the majority of the best wrestling matches in the US have come out of WWE over the last 20 years. They may not be consistant, but when WWE puts on a classic, it really puts on a classic. For all the criticism, the 'match of the year' each year usually comes from WWE (more specifically, Shawn Michaels or The Undertaker... or this year, both) which means they still know how to promote good wrestling.
