It depends, is it going to be an actual stable, not just one top guy and a couple of oily fuck buddies that aren't interesting in the slightest like Legacy? If its the latter, then no thanks.
But if it could actually elevate who ever's in it, the I guess. But I don't think it a good enough heel to lead a stable, someone like Jericho could do it though.
