Don't want or need Halladay. And the Blue Jays GM doesn't want to trade him within the division.

Now Chad Qualls is one thing. We can trade a couple bottom feeders and grab him no problem. However, we also sent scouts up to Toronto to take a looksee at Scott Downs.
