Well, you take that "wow" a couple different ways.

For a hardcore NFL fan's standpoint. You can say that 2 years was enough time for his crime, and the Goodell made a fair enough decision to bring him back on a probationary basis.

Or, from someone who backs PETA and only heard about this guy when the details came out, you could be saying that he should have had a longer sentence and that he should never be allowed to play again.

I'll let you judge.
