Think about this should the Yankees try to trade for him they'd be forced to give up Jackson, Hughes/Joba, etc.

I think this would just be a wake up call for Philly and they'll just say "Fuck it" and give Toronto Drabek etc..

I would be quite pleased if he goes to Philly.

Boston is not going to give up Bard not with Papelbon losing some of his stuff. If Papelbon at some point has to be traded Bard will probably end up being the closer and I don't see Boston trading him.
