He couldn't cut it in ECW because he had an awful program with Lashley which Vince hated and his push as a monster ended. Coupled with his obvious drug use, this was the reason for his termination and I think he was released shortly after December to Dismember.

He couldn't cut it in TNA because they already had several guys who did the monster/enforcer. He had no unique selling point and his continued drug problems forced him out.
