I don't see it as too many. One womens' title and a lightheavyweight title as interbrand goals should be sufficient, though. That way, more guys are wrestling for a reason, even if that reason is just to gain contendership for the title of their choice. And like people watch chick fights, anyway.

I do think, though, that most of the titles are afterthoughts.
