I do think it would be a step backwards. Especially when you look at who the current Unified WWE Tag Team Champions are. What I wouldn't mind, is if Regal's history with Burchill was brought up, and this allowed them to sort of form an alliance. Think how Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas were recently together on SmackDown!, but with more success hopefully finding Regal & Burchill.

Burchill serving as an enforcer for Regal could actually be a cool angle that I would really support. I don't really want to see Regal humble himself by again teaming with Burchill, like he was a full-time equal. Regal should see himself as the King, and Burchill should see himself as that King's Knight. If Regal bangs Katie Lea, extra points.
