He started getting huge pops from the crowd so they had him start playing pranks on heels, and voila. Watered down as fuck. One Christmas season, Santa Claus stopped by Superstars and awarded Doink a present for being good that year in the form of Dink. I can't really pinpoint when Doink went from Matt Borne to Ray Apollo, but I really wish things would have worked out with Borne. The things that could have been....
