All sorts of bits and pieces

- UFC rehire Dennis "Superman" Hallman (the guy who defeated Matt Hughes twice in under 1 minute)

- Thales Leites, George Roop, Tamdan McCrory, and Dan Cramer have all been released from the UFC

- Speaking of Tamdan, the rangy welterweight is rumoured to be moving up in weight to fight in the Middleweight division

- Bruce Buffer will be happy, former UFC (and Pride/Affliction) fighter Vladimir Matyushenko will make his UFC return at UFC 103 against Igor Pokrajac, a training partner of Mirko Cro Cop

- Jake Ellenberger will replace Chris Lytle against former WEC Welterweight Champion Carlos Condit at Fight Night 19

- Ricardo Almeida is rumoured to be fighting against Jon Fitch in his welterweight debut at UFC 106

Henderson: I have more dimensions as an mma fighter
Franklin: How many more dimensions did he say? Was it like 3 more dimensions? Cause thats ALOT of dimensions

When I see my opponent, I begin shaking uncontrollably, and once he hits me, I think to myself, You just hit Wanderlei Silva, how dare you hit Wanderlei Silva, and then I try to kill him. Wanderlei
