Most of what I think could happen's been posted already, but here are big ones I could see happening.
WHC Title -- Chris Jericho (c) vs. Edge...Edge returns at the Royal Rumble as a face and wins it, one of the few things he hasn't done in his WWE career. Jericho either wins the WH title earlier that night or sneaks out an Elimination Chamber win at NWO to set up the title match.
WWE Title -- Triple H (c) vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Batista vs. Orton...because the Raw main even has to be an overbooked clusterfuck, by rule.
ECW Title -- William Regal (c) vs. Ezekiel Jackson...Jackson leaves Regal's little circle and starts to climb as a singles star.
Tag Titles -- No idea of knowing who'll be a tag team by then, but let's go with The Harts vs. Cryme Tyme (again, but they had an entertaining series of matches).
The Undertaker vs. John Cena...THE BIGGEST THREAT TO THE STREAK THE UNDERTAKER HAS EVER SEEN!!!11!
I don't see the US or IC titles defended because of the MITB, but you end up with a few deserving guys off the card.
