Isn't that the match-up most mainstream fans have wanted since the Monday Night Wars days? Austin and Bill are buddy-buddy. Throw in some known guys with nothing to do like Scott Hall, X-Pac, Vader, etc...ad some matches with some of the more well known indy workers...you get the idea.
If an investor put together a PPV headlined by Steve Austin vs Bill goldberg even as a one time deal, it'd make millions.
