The Seymour move is surprising a bit, but makes sense. He and Wilfork are both in their last years, plus I think Brady has 2yr left which is usually when they redo his deal. Gotta keep Wilfork.
Plus you get a 1st round pick, it's the raiders so we'll assume top 10.
What I find really funny is the Raiders may only have him for 1yr... he's a free agent after this year... I mean they could franchise him... They said he's in the best shape of his career so he could have a monster year in Oakland and then break the bank.
as for O'Connell, good move by Det, use the waiver move and get a draft pick for nothing. I wonder how much of the Jets getting him was to pick his brain about the Pats offense.

as for "lights out" he's saying she was drunk and he was trying to get her to stay while he got her a ride.

As much as I'm not a fan of his, I'll give him the benefit of innocent till proved guilty, it was a citizens arrest by her on charges of assault and imprisonment or something like that, and it's up to the SD DA to investigate and decide if charges should be pressed.
