It's like, I get the idea, but the rest seems silly. Like, first off, we're talking about a game where his music was already licensed. Seems pretty hypocritical right there, especially since the main draw of having his music in the game is because we're talking top forty hits. People are arguing what they claim Kurt would have wanted mostly because they put him on a pedestal mostly in a way contrary to their belief of his ideals.

Personally, I think he was a corporate shill marketing counter-culture, so I don't give a shit. Offing himself ensured he was an icon, more or less permanently, so it seems really dumb to argue his ideals when his final act was basically to become the sort of shallow media icon his beliefs opposed.

Of course, maybe they're all retards and believe the Cuntney love theory, and therefore can justify it, but it's still stupid.
