Not sure if I concur with that. The Rock can come across as 'assertive' in my opinion. I think he'll be very comfortable in telling others what to do.

Austin is one thing, because he is the mirror opposite, but honestly I think it'd get old quick, as much as I love The Rock. Even if he didn't Rock Bottom every piece of rising talent on the card, I think he would probably overshadow alot of the promos in a role like that. Also, it wouldn't help to have people asking for matches and The Rock to be like, "Who in the blue hell are you?"
I see what you're saying, but I don't think The Rock should be on TV ALL the time (if my plan ever went into effect). He'd work part-time (much more than he does now), and would show up on either Raw or Smackdown on these occassions (laying down the law).

This way

a) he keeps a fresh face on TV (which helps his 'value' as an actor).

b) he helps ratings

c) he doesn't have to wrestle and cripple his body, etc.

I dunno. I would like to see it, regardless of how I think it wouldn't work, because I am a Rock mark.
To be honest - I'd love to see a future Rock vs. Randy Orton feud. If The Rock was on TV more, the WWE could really build around that feud.
