Yeah, the Rock being Sheriff makes sense (Walking Tall). Maybe he can have a deputy. Whoever that deputy will be, or she, will be mad over.

I say maybe someone like Rosey (could work as an enforcement character)

Or maybe a sidekick (please no Hurricane) maybe Rock can use Mick Foley...

or a chick. Maybe Trish can be this slut that's forced to work for The Rock because of a stipulation in a match that Jericho won. The Rock can make Trish "his verbal bitch"
