It's just that The Rock always does the same promo. And it's inundated with catchphrase after catchphrase, or worked around so that he can fit them all in, even at the expense of the promo.
Piper can just talk smack all day and the guy is always on. You just know he's the type of guy, along with Bobby Heenan, you do not dare to joust with in a war of words, because he'll always get the best of you. He's never at a loss.

I dunno about that, I love the Habs, but I gotta go with everyone else..... Piper was good, but Rock was just a little bit better.....
