I saw it get jarred loose off one or the other during the Cena/Orton match, and I was watching it in HD with some buds at the bar, and it was definitely a razor blade. I think someone was supposed to take a small cut, but can't say for sure (there would have been heavy editing of anything to profuse, I'm sure, to tidy things up for DVD sales and what not). But yeah, I'm fairly certain the ref wouldn't've come over and sneakily picked up and pocketed the blade like he did had it not been planned for usage (which, if it wasn't, begs the question: Why the fuck even bother carrying a blade to the ring?)
