So i mean, why doesnt everyone use 'em? I understand it was considered 'old world' in the first trilogy, but episodes 1-3 was set during the time of the Jedi...so why didnt Clone Troopers have this as standard equipment?

I mean, i know Gen. Grevious could use 'em, but he was 'trained' in it.
