Eve Torres was actually really good in her role supporting Cryme Tyme. I think she had a purpose on SmackDown!, and she's been improving, but she still has a way to go. I would have kept her on Smackers. Mickie James could use the fresh scene, as could Beth Phoenix.

I'd have loved to have seen Katie Lea end up on SmackDown!, with Paul Burchill either going solo or finding a way to move over to the brand, also. A feud between Burchill and John Morrison over the IC Title could be the shit. Especially if Morrison brings up Burchill's pirate character to antagonise him.

Anyway, here is how I would set out the WWE Divas:

RAW:
Alicia Fox
Brie Bella
Beth Phoenix
Courtney Taylor
Gail Kim
Jillian Hall
Maryse
Melina
Mia Mancini (who is experienced enough to call up)
Nikki Bella

ECW:
Layla
Maria
Tiffany
Savannah

SmackDown!:
Katie Lea Burchill
Eve Torres
Kelly Kelly
Mickie James
Michelle McCool
Natalya
Rosa Mendes

At least for a little while. SmackDown! is the clearer picture for me. You have Michelle McCool as all dominant there. Natalya also is pretty much embedded there, as part of The Hart Dynasty. Katie Lea Burchill is such a good worker, and is going to waste on ECW. Move her over with Paul Burchill. Eve works well with Cryme Tyme, and can continue her development. Kelly Kelly I would move just to keep her "fresh," and so that Mike Knox can start stalking his ex, which can lead to a program with Kelly's new boyfriend. Mickie James could use the fresh air, and Rosa Mendes can develop as a worker and a character on-screen with Vickie Guerrero and Eric Escobar.

RAW has Melina and Gail Kim as their central faces, although you can call up Mia Mancini (Serena Deeb) to work as their ally against the heels of that brand. Beth Phoenix, while perhaps out-classing everyone left on RAW, could use a run as Divas Champion just to balance her Women's Title reigns out. Alicia Fox is doing fine in her role on RAW, and SmackDown! would already be packed with heel females. Jillian Hall works on the "entertainment show," and now she is a former Divas Champion she can follow that. The Bellas are just there because there is no real use for them anywhere else. Have one hook-up with Carlito, and the other with Primo, or something. Maryse and The Miz have their unfinished thing, and Maryse would also make a great top heel for RAW, as she has the character but not the ring skills. Courtney Taylor should just go wherever Alex Riley goes, and I truthfully believe that RAW is the best place for his character right now.

ECW just gets the left-overs. Maria is over, and could generate some interest for someone by serving as their valet. Perhaps Tyler Reks? Layla can go back to William Regal's side, and continue to learn from the master. Tiffany is the General Manager, and Savannah is the interviewer. They can all develop with the SmackDown! girls, under the guidence of Regal & Finlay, who travel with the SmackDown! brand.
