If we're talking about realistic matches, using only current WWE talent, then I'd have to suggest that Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels is probably the biggest one they could do. John Cena vs. The Undertaker could also get the job done. Both of those would get a boost by being at WrestleMania.

If we're talking hypotheticals, here are some:

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Hulk Hogan
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. John Cena
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock vs. Hulk Hogan
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock vs. John Cena
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock vs. Triple H
Stone Cold Steve Austin & The Rock vs. D-Generation X
Stone Cold Steve Austin & The Rock vs. John Cena & Batista
The Rock vs. John Cena
The Rock vs. Shawn Michaels
Hulk Hogan vs. John Cena
