I don't want a team here. It just wouldn't work. Unfortunately every time it gets mentioned it results in the most retarded, xenophobic elements of the NFL fanbase coming out chest thumping and flag waving about "their" football, but to be quite honest apart from the logistics of it all the sport is not big enough here yet to support a full time team. We don't even have MNF right now because the TV rights cost more than any channel is willing to pay for a program that will be shown at like 1am, taking into consideration the falling ad revenue that is occurring everywhere. It sucks but it's the reality of the world we live in right now.
They're talking about having more than one game a season here, I don't want that either. It will a) take the shine off the one game that we actually get (even though tomorrow is going to be an asskicking of epic proportions, unlike the great game last year), most people won't be able to afford multiple games, especially in the current economy, and when people start picking and choosing which games they go to, overall attendances will fall and the whole thing will just end up falling away. One game a year is fine.
