How can u predict whos gonna come out with the best album of 2004 other than just randomly guessing?

Oh rite, well in that case I think Juelz Santana is gonna switch his style up, become really intelligent, and make the best album ever by March and the release date wont be pushed back or anything because we all know how good ROC are at releasing things on time.
