Now that smaller guys are meshing into the main event scene and other sections of the card, a Cruiserweight Division is nowhere near as appealing to me now as it used to be.

All these men are under 230lbs. If this is where you decide to cut off the limit for cruiserweights, then you essentially have to move all these guys out of their current positions, and place them in the Cruiserweight Division. Otherwise, how else do you define a "cruiserweight?" This is why smaller guys haven't been taken as seriously over the years as they have been now. Some get saddled with being a "small guy" while others don't. It makes the Cruiserweight Title look like it's not worth going for, and that the guys who do waste their time with it aren't worth investing in.
Fuck, I don't even think of Dolph Ziggler as being a cruiserweight -- but he is apparently only billed as being 221lbs. I'm going to have to listen to his entrance on SmackDown! this week. Never being associated with cruiserweight wrestling has definitely helped Ziggler develop his own image, and not that of a "small man wrestler." The same goes for guys like Zack Ryder and Yoshi Tatsu.
Put the Cruiserweight Title on Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho or CM Punk, and then we can talk.
