Well, WWE is willing to put injury angles into storylines, but yet they don't like to explain them. Last week when Angle got chokeslammed off the balcony, we all saw bloodaround Angle's head. So the explanation we get this week is that Angle has a broken leg, thats it.
But anyways, I do like that Paul Heyman is back as GM. Angle is just not fit for the GM role. I'm not Heyman's biggest fan by any means, but it hasn't seem right the past month without him there.
