Foley was just in the right place at the right time in the attitude era where his particular style shined. Justifying this would be flashing back to the early 90's when Foley and Vader both wrestled in WCW. Vader was the champ, a believeable one and was headlining PPV's with Flair and Sting. Yes Vader and Foley feuded in WCW, but Vader clearly shined by ripping Foley's ear off and powerbombing him on concrete. I know I have got to be making some sense here.
