That is just the traditional Gardan entrance. They have done it at loads of PPV's here, including a Wrestlemania. They use the same thing for houseshows. It was debuted at a house show at the end of 2007, but it is always in that point of the arena, partly for homage to the history of WWF in the garden, and partly because they always sell out, particulally for TV.
