Luke Gallows already has been confirmed as having a previous addiction to prescription pills, causing his condition. Curt Hawkins can have his absense be due to a drug addiction or something, they can come up with a reason for it.

The Burchills would be a great fit, they could have developed an alcohol addiction after the loss to the Hurricane...but, all signs point to them going to Raw, which is unfortunate. So someone else can get the alcohol addict role. Maybe bring Carlito over since he clearly isn't doing anything on Raw. I dunno.
