For something unique: Running/throwing powerbomb, or a double/triple powerbomb. Other ideas: Choketoss (a regular move I gave to my big guys on most of my Smackdown games) and a variation of the Bearhug. Brock Lesner used to do a bearhug where he'd whip the opponent's body around like a ragdoll when he did it. Looked pretty viscious.
I agree, and I just wanna point out that a good number of my suggestions are jokes.
