Correct me if I'm off-track here.
I look at it like this. I work for my employer who pays me an agreed amount of money each week. I do my job, I get paid. The company is successful and does well. I then look at the company's success and demand a percentage of their profits as well as my weekly wage.
On top of that, after I LEAVE the company, I demand they pay me a percentage of any profits resulting from any work I previously performed (for which I was paid) which contributed to their success.
My boss would tell me to take a flying leap...
