Its mostly just updating the game to fit the Xbox 360 which means adding Xbox Live for multiplayer, changing from the N64 to a Xbox 360 control scheme, and adding or redrawing the textures in the game.
Its not expected to be what Rare did to the N64 version of Conkers Bad Fur Day on the original Xbox where they added some new voices, redid parts of levels, and completely changed the mulitplayer.
