I agree that the lack of brand only PPVs is leaving a bunch of wrestlers off the PPVs each month but when the WWE had brand exclusive PPVs, the numbers for each PPV were some of the lowest in years and Smackdown PPVs tended to be lower than Raw's on average. The WWE needed to make some changes to regain money they were loosing while making the PPVs more attractive for potential buyers.

The bigger issue is WWE needs to do better long term booking and planning to prevent the same few people or feuds be in every PPV while making better use of PPV time to get as many quality matches possible per show.
