If the Giants, Cowboys and Seahawks all finished 8-8 (and all the other wild card chasing teams finish with less than that), Giants would own the tie breaker over the Cowboys based on head to head, and then the Seahawks would own the tie breaker over the Giants based on Conference wins, giving them the last wild card spot.

I think that's how it would go. There's probably some other variations that could work too but that's one I figured out.
