How can WWE use WCW themes on DVDs?
Well, I know they can't use them all (nWo for example), but for example, Jericho's or Rey's theme wasn't made for them. I'm sure that Time Warner owned or even still owns it.

Do they just not pursue it or was there something in the buyout that said they owned this footage as-is or am I way off the mark here?
