Giants hold all possible tie-breakers.

-vs. Cowboys: head-to-head record obviously
-vs. Packers: Giants already are guaranteed the better record in common games
-3 way tie: Division ties get broken first, which again knocks out Dallas and leaves the Giants and Packers...Giants would then get the 5 seed based on better record against common opponents
