Getting Personal The EVOLVEwrestling.com Roster section is almost complete as most of the wrestlers have profiles. The unique format of these roster pages offer a clue to the personal characters that will be heavily featured in EVOLVE. The stories don't end in the ring. EVOLVE will feature the true personalities of its wrestlers. You won't hear rehearsed promos or scripted lines in EVOLVE. This is about real people who all share the common passion of competing in the squared circle. However, all these men share in common is their pride of pro wrestling. As you can see by reading these roster pages everyone has very different backgrounds and stories. The roster pages start by offering some "Quick Facts" about each wrestler. This is to give you just the basics. Any athlete reading this will probably find the "Training Philosophy" and "Athletic Background" answers particularly interesting. The intimate details come out in the "Getting Personal" section. We sent this questionnaire to every member on the Official Rosters. There were no instructions or guidance. We wanted to see what we got back. We were surprised and even shocked at some of the answers, ranging from funny to deadly serious. The stories of these lives developed right before our eyes. Some talked about battling loss, like the death of a parent. Others discussed living with an injury. A few mentioned raising a child. There were even some shocking revelations like in Silas Young's profile. Suddenly, these private individuals started becoming very real and personal. Their battles, their good and bad times as well as their glories and defeats will be a focal point of EVOLVE. Someone is bound to have a story you can related to and draw inspiration from.
