Didn't really "feel" like a silent hill game in the long run. Sure it was creepy, but there were waaaay too many enemies and the combat system was a joke. The protaganist in the previous games were a writer, a clerk, a teenage girl, a douchebag, and a trucker ; the main character in this game has the agility of Bruce fucking Lee. Too much bobbing and weaving for my taste. It's not survival horror to me if there arent any enemies that you are better off just running away from. But the story is pretty cool. So....Im sure you can get it for 20 bucks somewhere..or even cheaper. Probably just worth a rent thought as you will be able to beat it quite handily.
