Literally does seem like after trying to agree to decide the first 30 or whatever. Three guys just sat in a room plotting wrestlers and put them somewhere 'roughly'. Then occasionally forgetting wrestlers (AMAZING RED) and rather than going back and placing them where they should be, they just stick them where they're up to, realising it's too late to go back.
