Yeah, I see no way the Cardinals let Pujols hit the market, they are likely gonna work on extension constantly throughout the final two years of his contract, probably will wind up netting like $200 M.
There was an article on ESPN saying the fucking Yankees are mulling saving up two years in advance to try and get Pujols if he hits the market. Fortunately, I don't think Pujols would want to be reduced to a DH when he is a Gold Glove caliber defender...but UGH the thought of Albert going to the Yankees sickens me. I'd probably stop watching baseball.
