This one (RB2) seems to be easier, because it makes the DLC store show all the songs as purchased, so then you just download what songs you want.

Got the World Tour DLC working. There is one problem, however. You need the retail disc in order to delete the songs off the Wii. Not the SD card, but the Wii memory. Something about the loaders not knowing how to do it.
