Conan O'Brien is going to bat for his staff in the ongoing negotiations with NBC. Countering a report by the New York Post that said that Conan's staff was angry with him for not taking care of them in this mess, reports say he is insisting that his staff be taken care of, regardless of the outcome of the negotiations. When Conan took over The Tonight Show, many of his staffers switched coasts, and O'Brien is determined to include them in whatever settlement he ultimately agrees to.
