He should go ground-based. Seriously. The Impact Zone loves flying. You have AJ take on a style closer to Flair's and have him say he's grounding himself because he's tired of risking his body for nothing. Have him keep a few of his signatures but keep his matches more low-profile.

Someone needs to do that in TNA.

Really I'm thinking closer to what Jericho is now.
