Going with Sting mainly because never saw much of Dusty Rhodes wrestling by the time I started watching wrestling (mainly WWF around early 1990-92).

Dusty was better on the mic even when sometimes it was hard to understand what he said due to his southern accent but Sting as the "Crow" Sting and his time in the NwO Wolfpak was some of my favorite WCW moments.
