The words whispered are "...is cookin' " in Rock's Hollywood tron. Also, when Rock returned to RAW in February 2003, it didn't take much to know that Bischoff was talking about Rock, despite the obvious attempt by J.R. and King to make it seem as if we really shouldn't have a single clue as to who it was Bisch was making the thinly veiled references to...have a look at this.
