With all due
respect, I.R.S. was
hardly a sidekick to Ted DiBiase. They captured the tag team gold as Money Inc. on two separate occasions, which, may not seem like a big number by today's standards, but back then was
huge (especially consideriding they defeated the Legion of Doom). So if anything, they were equals.
